Sequence markers in Lissotriton species. Lissotriton

DNA sequences derived from multiple regions of the nuclear genome are essential for historical inferences in the fields of phylogeography and phylogenetics. Here we present the data from the study on development, validation and high throughput analysis of sequence markers in non-model species. Markers were developed from 3’ untranslated transcript regions, amplified from multiple samples and sequenced using next generation sequencing technology.
