该数据由阜平县发改局产生，是在履行 “阜立办” APP推广运营、开展政务统计及数据治理过程中产生，包括姓名，单位等信息，可用于政务用户覆盖评估、服务效能分析，以及政府优化政务数字化服务与协同治理决策。
This dataset was generated by the Development and Reform Bureau of Fuping County during the performance of its official duties, including the promotion, operation and management of the "Fuliban" APP, as well as conducting government affairs statistics and data governance. It contains information such as personal names and affiliated work units, and can be used for the evaluation of government service user coverage, service efficiency analysis, and supporting the government in making decisions to optimize digital government services and advance collaborative governance.
