Business Parks

Data pertaining to business parks were obtained from counties in the DVRPC region (if available). These datasets were used in conjunction with DVRPC's latest land use layer and web searches to compile a list of locations with street addresses. For the purposes of this data gathering exercise, the following assumptions were made to help determine if a location was a business park: Location is in an area classified as commercial in DVRPC’s land use layer Location often has a single landlord listed Office parks are considered business parks Medical offices, in certain areas, may qualify as a business park Businesses adjacent or in close proximity to a business park are not always part of that business park A single building containing multiple businesses can qualify as a business park Please note, although efforts were made to ensure its completeness and accuracy, this layer is not a definitive inventory of the region's business parks and should not be considered as such.本数据集的商业园区相关数据取自DVRPC辖区内的各县（若有可用数据）。本次研究将上述数据集与DVRPC最新土地利用图层及网络检索结果相结合，编制出带有街道地址的场所清单。为完成本次数据采集工作，本次研究制定了以下判定准则，用于甄别某一场所是否属于商业园区：其一，该场所位于DVRPC土地利用图层中被归类为商业用地的区域内；其二，该场所通常仅登记有单一业主；其三，办公园区均纳入商业园区范畴；其四，部分区域内的医疗办公场所亦可认定为商业园区；其五，毗邻或紧邻商业园区的经营场所，并不必然属于该商业园区的组成部分；其六，包含多家经营主体的单体建筑亦可被认定为商业园区。请注意：尽管本次研究已尽力保障数据的完整性与准确性，但本图层并非本辖区商业园区的权威名录，请勿将其作为唯一判定依据。
