The project seeks the sequencing of native strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from environments contaminated and not contaminated with hydrocarbons in order to carry out comparative genomics that allows finding the molecular bases of the production of rhamnolipid surfactant and the degradation of hydrocarbons that allow selecting microorganisms with biotechnological potential in bioremediation processes.
