RNA samples were isolated shaft of the humerus bone of E16.5 embryos. A total of six, three ctrl & three test samples were used. RNASeq analyses were conducted to identify the differentially expressed genes upon Stat3 loss of function during long bone development. Total RNA was isolated from the long bone of E16.5 embryos of the indicated genotypes. Overall design: Long bone mRNA profiles of E16.5 wild type (Ctrl) and Prrx1Cre; Stat3C/C (Test) embryos were generated by deep sequencing to identify the differentially expressed genes.
