Complete genome of Paenimyroides ceti strain MC-ZM-24

This dataset contains the complete circular genome of Paenimyroides ceti strain MC-ZM-24, isolated in 2024 from homogenized tissues of Zophobas morio larvae in Switzerland. Whole-genome sequencing was performed using both Illumina NovaSeq 6000 (2×150 bp paired-end) and Oxford Nanopore Technologies MinION Mk1B (R10.4.1) platforms. A hybrid genome assembly was generated with Unicycler v0.5.1, followed by polishing using Polypolish v0.6.0 and PyPolca v0.3.1. Assembly quality and completeness were assessed using QUAST v5.3.0 and CheckM v1.2.3.
