一、数据内容:数据为针对本项目研发的阀基控制设备样机所进行的全功能试验验证和专家鉴证试验所得到的相关测试数据。所得到的数据为阀基控制设备控制周期测试、控制链路延时测试、监视子模块数量统计、监视数据点数统计、阀控控制性能测试(启停试验、电容电压平衡测试、环流抑制功能测试、自主均压功能测试)、阀控保护性能测试(I段桥臂过流、II段桥臂过流、整体过压)等试验项目的测试时间、数据点数、电容电压、桥臂电流、阀控动作指令等数据。二、采集方案:基于RT-LAB实时数字仿真平台,搭建阀控全规模接入的硬件在环测试系统,测试阀基控制设备的控制周期、控制链路延时、控制性能和保护性能,统计监视子模块的数量以及数据点(遥信量、遥测量、遥控量、遥调量)的数据。测试基于白鹤滩-江苏特高压直流输电系统,双极系统配置。共进行阀基控制设备控制周期测试、控制链路延时测试、监视子模块数量统计、监视数据点数统计等4项设备指标测试,以及阀基控制设备的控制功能和保护功能测试,在试验过程中采集阀基控制设备录波数据和示波器波形数据。三、设备情况:试验需要的硬件环境是:阀基控制设备一套;连接RT-LAB 硬件环境与阀基控制设备的接口设备1套;FPGA仿真器OP5600 1个;FPGA仿真器OP5607 1个;示波器MSO 2024B 一台。四、软件环境:KPF6电力系统波形组态分析软件,RT-LAB Version v11.1.4.59. 五、数据量:270MB/3条
1. Data Content: The data comprises relevant test results derived from full-function verification tests and expert appraisal tests performed on the prototype of the valve base control device developed for this project. The collected data covers test time, number of data points, capacitor voltage, arm current, valve control action commands and other indicators from multiple test items, including control cycle test of the valve base control device, control link delay test, statistics of monitored sub-module quantity, statistics of monitored data points, valve control performance tests (start-stop test, capacitor voltage balancing test, circulating current suppression function test, autonomous voltage equalization function test), and valve control protection performance tests (stage I arm overcurrent, stage II arm overcurrent, overall overvoltage).
2. Collection Scheme: Based on the RT-LAB real-time digital simulation platform, a hardware-in-the-loop test system with full-scale valve control access was constructed to test the control cycle, control link delay, control performance and protection performance of the valve base control device, and to count the number of monitored sub-modules and data points (tele-signals, tele-measurements, tele-commands, tele-adjustments). The test was conducted based on the Baihetan-Jiangsu UHV DC transmission system with a bipolar system configuration. A total of four device index tests were carried out, namely the control cycle test of the valve base control device, control link delay test, statistics of monitored sub-module quantity, statistics of monitored data points, along with tests of the control functions and protection functions of the valve base control device. During the test, recording data of the valve base control device and oscilloscope waveform data were collected.
3. Equipment Configuration: The hardware environment required for the test includes: one set of valve base control device; one set of interface equipment connecting the RT-LAB hardware environment and the valve base control device; one FPGA simulator OP5600; one FPGA simulator OP5607; one oscilloscope MSO 2024B.
4. Software Environment: KPF6 power system waveform configuration and analysis software, RT-LAB Version v11.1.4.59.
5. Data Volume: 270MB / 3 entries.
