This study systematically investigates the transcription factor SoxH in Argopecten irradians through a multi-omics approach: RNA-seq across testis development stages to profile its expression dynamics; comparative ATAC-seq of adult gonads to explore the basis of its testis-specific expression; and DAP-seq to map its genome-wide binding sites and direct targets.
