The purpose of this study was to evaluate variant resulting concordance for somatic variants using clinical NGS systems for conducting both tissue and blood-based analyses. DNA and RNA from solid tumor was analyzed by NGS (multiple gene panel testing). Genexus-OCA v3 (OCA) for tissue and Genexus OPA (OPA) for blood were analuzed.
