Turf soil microbiome raw sequence reads

The soil microbiome can directly and indirectly impact plant establishment, growth, and health in agroecosystems. However, how the composition and structure of the soil microbiome relates to establishment of turf grasses and is influences by management practices in dryland ecosystems is less understood. This project examined the temporal changes of the topsoil microbiome while treated with different water sources (tailored vs potable) during early establishment of three warm season turf grass species (buffalo grass, inland saltgrass, bermuda grass) in a greenhouse setting.
