资源简介:
In this study, the volar forearm skin of 13 subjects was imaged with
spatial frequency domain imaging (SFDI) as they underwent the conditions
of blood-pressure cuff occlusion and release. This vascular occlusion test
(VOT) procedure is a well-known model to simulate conditions of arterial
insufficiency. Oxygen saturation (StO2), superficial total hemoglobin
(corresponding to the papillary dermis (HbT1)) and deep total hemoglobin
(reticular dermis and below (HbT2)) were evaluated in regions with and
without underlying veins to demonstrate the spatial variation of
physiological changes measured by optical technologies.
