We used next generation sequencing to analyze the effects of Erlotinib incubation on primary human keratinozytes and fibroblasts. We compared miRNA expression in cell lines more reactive to Erlotinib against cell lines less reactive to Erlotinib Overall design: 12 primary human keratinocyt cell lines (6 sensitive and 6 insensitive) and 8 fibroblast cell lines (4 sensitive and 4 insensitive) were incubated with DMSO (0.05%) or Erlotinib (5 µM) for 2 h (keratinozytes) or 24 h (fibroblasts) and then stimulated with EGF (4 nM) for 5 min (DMSO, DMSO + EGF, Erlitinib + EGF). miRNA expression was compared between cell lines more reactive to Erlotinib and cell lines less reactive.
