We assessed astrocyte transcriptomic signatures using RiboTag methods in 13 CNS regions. Overall design: Tissues of 12 CNS regions were dissected from 4 adult male and female Aldh1l1-Cre/ERT2 x Ribotag mice. After homogenization, RNA was purified from cleared lysate as the input and control, and astrocyte-specific ribosome-associated RNA was precipitated via a hemagglutinin (HA) tag.
