Prime yields of industrial and logistics real estate in European countries 2023

Among the different countries and regions in Europe, the prime yields for industrial and logistics real estate were the lowest in Germany as of the second quarter of 2023. In Europe, prime yields amounted to 5.06 percent, while in Germany, they were as low as 4.15 percent. In comparison, the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region could expect yields of 6.23 percent during the same period.
