The CUADSourceCodeEscrowLegalBenchClassification dataset is a task constructed from the CUAD dataset, which is used to determine whether a clause requires one party to deposit its source code into an escrow account with a third party, which can be released to the counterparty upon the occurrence of certain events (bankruptcy, insolvency, etc.). The dataset includes a training set with 6 samples and a test set with 118 samples.
