The dataset contains academic year-wise compiled data on number of different types of teaching posts such as visiting teacher, lecturer, assistant professor, reader, demonstrator, tutor, professor and equivalent, temporary teacher and other university teacher posts in educational universities, their teaching departments, constituent units and off-campus centers and other affiliated institutions from the year 2011-12 to 2020-21
