Dataset for: Automated Evaluation of Detectable Accessibility Issues on U.S. State Government Homepages
收藏资源简介:
This dataset supports the article “Automated Evaluation of Detectable Accessibility Issues on U.S. State Government Homepages: A Baseline Assessment Ahead of the 2026–2027 ADA Title II Deadlines,” published in Universal Access in the Information Society. The dataset contains automated accessibility and web performance evaluation results for the primary homepages of all 50 U.S. state government websites. Variables include state identifiers, homepage URLs, AccessScan categorical scores and ratings, WAVE accessibility metrics, Google PageSpeed Insights Core Web Vitals values and classifications for mobile and desktop, and data collection dates. WAVE metrics are unavailable for three states due to technical access limitations, and missing values are coded explicitly. The dataset is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and future comparative research. No personal, confidential, or sensitive data are included.
