Lifted Payments Payment Statement Audit Model

A processor-neutral, machine-readable model for normalizing monthly merchant payment-processing statements without storing cardholder data. Package 1.1.6 preserves the schema 1.1.0 record contract. The release includes a JSON Schema Draft 2020-12 contract, Decimal-safe Python validator, CSV template, synthetic example, exact field definitions, two registered valid vectors, seventeen deliberately invalid vectors, a reproducible validation report, exact dependency pins, SHA-256 inventory, public threat model, and fail-closed publication gate. Version 1.1.6 replaces Kaggle's eventually consistent search catalog with its canonical dataset-view endpoint, requires exact dataset owner and slug identity, and verifies Kaggle's platform-expanded release tree path-by-path and byte-for-byte against the canonical archive. It retains deterministic archives, exact Zenodo and Hugging Face inventories, immutable-commit Hugging Face verification, stale-mirror rejection, corrupt-compression rejection, truncated-card screening, Unicode-control rejection, and provenance regression coverage. The exact merge passed 92 tests, package gate 15/15, and tagged candidate gate 16/16. Ruff, compileall, Gitleaks, and pip-audit passed; Bandit reported zero medium or high findings. The model and gate are normalization, integrity, and declared-provenance aids. They are not an accounting opinion, legal review, interchange-pricing guarantee, malware sandbox, qualification determination, price quote, digital signature, or guarantee of savings. Automated screening cannot prove arbitrary notes contain no confidential information; human review remains required before public release. No real merchant or cardholder data is included.
