Transcriptional control of pancreatic cancer immunosuppression by metabolic enzyme in a tumor-autonomous and -autocrine manner

Metabolic reprogramming plays a crucial role in regulating the immune pathways of pancreatic cancer. In this study, we investigated the mechanisms underlying metabolic enzyme-induced immune suppression in pancreatic cancer by examining downstream signaling pathways and corresponding immune phenotypes following metabolic enzyme overexpression in the KPC cell line.
