The skin microbiome in healthy and allergic dogs

The study evaluated the diversity of the microbiome inhabiting different areas of the canine skin, including mucosas, mucocutaneous junctions, and haired skin sites. In addition to evaluating the skin microbiome of healthy dogs, the skin microbiome of allergic dogs was also evaluated.
