This is a spreadsheet of data on myosin fiber types analyzed by a colleague, Dr. Thomas Burkholder, on muscles sampled from our cadaver specimens (P. Ruber) acquired from the Birmingham Zoo. Unfortunately, we did not have high confidence in the results due to the poor condition of tissue after multiple freeze/thaw cycles. We include them here, however, in the hopes that they may provide some insights.
