Facial suture mesenchymal stem cells can proliferate and differentiate into osteoblasts continuously under the action of mechanical force, but there are some problems such as long action time in clinical application. Low dose retinoic acid can promote osteogenic differentiation. The purpose of this study is to study the gene expression of osteogenic differentiation of mouse facial suture mesenchymal stem cells induced by retinoic acid in vitro.
