Sense of Place in Urban Parks

Each level of Sense of Place (SOP) has different characteristics along with the place characteristics, activities in the place, and also place meaning. Overall, the data shows the correlation relationship between three components of place and SOP level.
Based on Factor Analysis (FA) and Principal Component Analysis (PCA), were found 7 dimensions of place characteristics; 5 dimensions of activities; and 3 dimensions of place meanings. We also found 3 levels of SOP in Indonesia urban parks. Based on the results, we confirmed their relationships using the correlational analysis. We found each level of SOP determines one or two dimensions of each three components of place. The SOP may be multilevel of people's sensitivity in a place when it is encouraged based on three components of place.
