Optical Mapping Raw Data for In Vitro Thread Coupling

This repository contains raw optical mapping dataset for in vitro coupling experiments between our engineered bioelectric thread and two linear engineered heart tissues. Data was taken at day 2 of coupling and demonstrate successful electrical propagation from the left linear engineered heart tissue, through the bioelectric thread bridge, and activating the right linear engineered heart tissue.
