Overview of historians graduated with a PhD from Flemish universities and their current professional occupation, for the period 1988-2018. The data contains individual names, year of PhD, historical period of specialization, University of PhD, current type of work, connection to university of PhD, place of work. The data allows to question how Flemish PhD's in history transferred to a further (non) research career. The data was gathered in the summer of 2019 and thus only reflects the PhD's occupation at that time.
