资源简介:
% Dulce Martinez-Peon February 2024This database contains files from an experiment on Kinesthetic Motor Imagery (KMI) levels. KMI is a robust paradigm that can be used for Brain-Computer Interface systems. KMI consists of imagining the sensations when a limb executes a task, such as squeezing a ball with a right hand. This task can be performed with low or high force. In this database, we acquired EEG signals from 10 healthy subjects. We asked to perform KMI at three levels of force (10%, 40%, and 70% of their Maximal Voluntary Contraction MVC) and the basal to have four classes. Each subject was labelled as user001, for example. They performed each level twice; you can identify them as user001_10_1.txt for user 1, who performed 10% of their MVC in the first attempt. The file user004_70_2.txt belongs to user 4, who performed 70% of their MVC on the second attempt. The full article is at: https://iopscience.iop.org/article/10.1088/1741-2552/ad5f27The equipment used was the Emotiv EPOC, which operates at a sampling rate of 128 Hz. The total time of the task is 40 seconds. The KMI events were elicited at 2.9 sec, 10.9 sec, 18.9 sec, 26.9 sec, and 34.9 sec, making a total of five trials per file. The duration of each trial is 5 seconds.
For each file, the names of the columns are the following:Time, Sample, AF3, F7, F3, FC5, T7, P7, O1, O2, P8, T8, FC6, F4, F8, AF4, GX, GYTime:It is the first column, but it is not in seconds. To obtain the corresponding value of time in seconds, you have to divide the value by 12.8. For example, the first file, user001_10_1.txt, has 5300 samples (5300/128 = 41.4s), and the last value in the first column is 529.91 (529.9180/12.8 = 41.39s). Tip: You have 128 samples for a second (the Emotiv EPOC works at 128 Hz).Sample:It is the register that Emotiv assigns to each row; it can start at any value, but when it reaches 128, it restarts at 1.ElectrodesColumns 3 to 16 contain the raw EEG signals according to the 10-10 system: AF3, F7, F3, FC5, T7, P7, O1, O2, P8, T8, FC6, F4, F8, AF4.Gyroscope valuesColumns 17 and 18 belong to the values of the gyroscope. Finally, the other columns are zeros, except column 19, which is another column with time.
