This data is used in the Materials Management Facilities Web App (Item Details). Regulated anaerobic digesters must register or permit with EGLE per Part 115 of the NREPA. This layer includes physical locations of anaerobic digesters. This data is refreshed from the Waste Data System on a daily basis. DISCLAIMER: IT SHOULD NOT BE ASSUMED THAT ANY FACILITY IS A PUBLIC DROP-OFF SITE. PLEASE CONTACT FACILITY WITH ANY INQUIRIES.
