Supplementary repository for the article "Sequential federated analysis of early outbreak data applied to incubation period estimation". This repository contains all the code used for the study, ready for reproduction using PyMC version 5.27.1. Folders are organised in the same structure used for the analysis, allowing the code to be reproduced directly once all required packages are installed.
