This dataset provides sample data and code for running the proximity-driven kinematic model presented in: \"A comparative approach for characterizing the relationship between morphology, range-of-motion, and locomotor behaviour in the primate shoulder\" by Erin CS Lee, Nathan M Young and Michael J Rainbow (2023). This dataset also includes the data and scripts necessary to reproduce results, figures, and statistics presented in the publication, along with the 3D range-of-motion poses and morphological data for the forty (n=40) subjects included in the study.
