Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is the most common cancer in children. We applied WGBS and the informME analysis pipeline to investigate the role of DNA methylation stochasticity in pre-B cell ALL. Overall design: WGBS was carried out on pediatric pre-B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia primary samples, cell lines, and normal umbilical cord blood CD19+ cells. The informME analytic pipeline was applied to these data as well as to existing WGBS data for normal B cell precursors. Single-cell RNA-seq of ETV6-RUNX1 pre-B acute lymphoblastic leukemia primary patient samples and normal umbilical cord blood derived CD19+ cells. RNA-seq of ETV6-RUNX1 pre-B acute lymphoblastic leukemia primary patient samples and normal umbilical cord blood derived CD19+ cells.
