This dataset records the optimization process of the extraction process of total flavonoids from Artemisia argyi in Qinling Mountains and the evaluation results of its antioxidant activity. This includes process data extracted using response surface methodology (RSM) and BP neural network optimization, including solvent screening, single factor experiments, Plackett Burman design, and Box Behnken response surface design, as well as optimal process validation data for both models. In addition, standard curves and HPLC chromatographic analysis data of target components such as rutin, isoquercetin, and zeaxanthin were provided, and the scavenging ability of low melting point solvent (NADES) and traditional ethanol extract on DPPH and ABTS free radicals was compared.
