RNA sequencing data of C. elegans under 5G exposure

This dataset contains Caenorhabditis elegans (C. elegans) RNA sequencing data, to assess the effects of in vivo EMF exposure on C. elegans gene expression. There are 27 samples: 3 different EMF exposure conditions (Exp, Sham, Neg) and 3 C. elegans generations (G1, G2, G3), and each with 3 biological replicates. There are two FASTQ files per sample, as it is data from a paired-end sequencing.
