Digital Archive from an Archaeological Excavation at the South of Langage Business Park, Sparkwell, South Hams, Devon, April-May 2022

This collection comprises images and site records from an archaeological excavation that was carried out by South West Archaeology Ltd. (SWARCH) in April-May 2022 during groundworks that were associated with a commercial/industrial development on land to the south of Langage Business Park, Sparkwell, South Hams, Devon. The excavation area measured c.38m by c.33m and it targeted the north-eastern part of a Romano-British enclosure that was situated within an area of the proposed development. The enclosure, which measured c.75m in width, was identified during a previous geophysical survey and archaeological evaluation.
