The present invention relates to an oak board (1) for an oenological product which comprises a length L， a width I， a thickness e， two main faces (10， 11) and side faces (12)， it is characterized in which it includes reliefs on at least one of its faces. These reliefs will make it possible to increase the exchange surface between the wine and the wood for the same volume of oak while limiting the number of boards required in a given vat.
