dsRNA-based viromics method to unveil the unexplored soil viral communities

The dsRNA-based viromics method is a novel approach to studying soil viral communities, and it has the potential to provide novel insights for exploring viruses in soil ecosystems. Resulting Datasets were analyzed using the SOVAP pipeline which is designed to process, analyze, and annotate viromics and metagenomics data obtained from complex environments, such as soil ecosystems.
