Municipal MS4 Consortium Drainage Structure

MS4 is short for "Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System". The consortium is made up of 17 municipalities within the county (note that consortium municipalities do change often). This data was collected by Dolph Rotfeld Engineering and Stellar Services. The type of drain structure can be found in the field "Structure_WC" (alias "STRUCTURE"). It includes catch basin, culvert, drainage manhole, inlet point, open drain, outfall, other/unknown, and outfall/interconnect. It was prepared for Westchester County Government, Department of Public Works and Transportation in 2020.
