The altered MnmH (G67E) mediates high level of geranylation of the tRNAs specific for Gln, Lys and Glu.

A. The indicated levels of geranylated derivatives were calculated by assuming that the reduced level of (c)mnm5s2U has been converted to the corresponding geranylated derivative. B.
