Transcriptome sequencing of Cucumber roots inoculated by AMF (Rhizophagus irregularis) under low temperature stress

To investigate the molecular mechanism that AMF enhances low-temperature resistance of Cucumber, we performed transcriptome sequencing of Cucumber roots with four treatments: 1) NI, non-inoculated under normal temperature; 2) NI+C, non-inoculated under low temperature stress; 3) AMF, inoculated under normal temperature; 4) AMF+C, inoculated under low temperature stress.
