ASINA Dataset: LC2_Pchem_Lung dissolution
收藏资源简介:
The dataset captures the dissolution rate of NMs in simulated lung fluids, specifically in lung lining fluid and phagolysosomal fluid representing NM uptake by alveolar macrophages using in vitro acellular dissolution (ISO/TR 19057; 2017) quantifying ionic concentrations in soluble fractions. The dataset includes NM preparation, dispersion, physicochemical characterization, and dissolution behaviour. DLS measurements at t₀ assess hydrodynamic diameter, with size distribution detailed through intensity peaks (1, 2, 3) and PDI, alongside derived count rate and mean count rate for light scattering intensity, all with SDs. Surface charge is characterized through ζ-potential and corresponding pH. The dataset also documents static dissolution media and exposure conditions. Dissolution behaviour is analysed at several time points by obtaining the soluble fractions via ultrafiltration, and using ICP-MS for measuring initial element concentration and ionic concentration after dissolution to calculate the percentage of dissolved material, providing insights into NM solubility and bioavailability. Notably, this dataset was prepared using a GRACIOUS template, which differs. All metadata including protocols and instrumentation are consolidated within a single tab rather than separated across multiple sheets. Finally, in a small number of cases, missing values for physicochemical parameters were estimated by interpolation based on known exposure doses and dissolution media. These interpolated values are clearly marked in red for transparency
