We found that ASGM1-positive CD8 T cells are the predominant intrahepatic ASGM1-positive immune cells in NFIL3 KO mice. Our goal is using transcriptome analysis to reveal ASGM1-positive CD8 T cells had distinct gene profiles from ASGM1-negative ones. Overall design: Total RNA extracted from ASGM1+ and ASGM1- CD8 T cells from the liver of naive NFIL3 KO mice were processed by Affymetrix Clariom D genechip.
