资源简介:
Hypoxia is the reduced levels of oxygen. Especially in water, due to the complex environment, hypoxic situations often occur. Although fish have the ability to survive in low-oxygen waters, this survival ability depends on a complete set of coping mechanisms such as oxygen perception and gene-protein interaction regulation. The research on this mechanism is very meaningful. In aquaculture, knowing the mechanism of tolerance to hypoxia in fish may recover the economic losses. The present study was undertaken to explore the changes at the transcriptomic level in Takifugu rubripes during hypoxia in order to reveal the molecular mechanism of their tolerance to hypoxia.
