Transcriptome analysis of oral mucous membrane and melanoma samples were performed to compare the gene expression profiles between these tissues. Total RNA was isolated from these samples and sequenced using NextSeq 500. The differentially expressed genes between normal and tumor tissues were extracted and pathway analysis was conducted.
