Data on Artificial Intelligence in Chemistry Reported in the PubMed Database (2020–2026)

The pubmed_search.py script is an automated Python-based tool for retrieving and processing PubMed literature at the intersection of chemistry and artificial intelligence, using the NCBI E-utilities API; the pubmed_quimica_ia.xlsx file contains the resulting bibliographic dataset, including publication identifiers, titles, abstracts, journals, dates, authors, MeSH terms, keywords, and DOIs; and the Quimica_IA.ipynb notebook provides the analytical workflow for preprocessing, statistical analysis, visualization, and thematic classification of the identified literature, supporting the systematic analysis of research trends connecting chemistry and artificial intelligence.
