Multipad Agarose Plate (MAP): A Rapid and High-Throughput Approach for Antibiotic Susceptibility Testing

The datasets used for the Multipad Agarose Plate (MAP) paper. Each experiment was labelled with BE followed by a number. 

The file BE_condition_map.json describes what was placed on each pad for the experiments. Attached here are JSON files with Pandas data frames that contain all segmentation information, along with debug videos showing how the segmentation aligns with the images. Contact us for access to the raw data.
