Effect of soil management on prokaryotic communities in a experimental vineyard

The present study aims to assess the impact of soil under trellis management (permanent cover crop/herbicide weeding/manual weeding) on soil prokaryotic communities in a experimental vineyard of Tannat/SO4 in Uruguay. Soil and rhizosphere samples are included in this bio project, from two grapevine growing season: 2019-20 and 2020-21. Within BioProject PRJNA889760, only the samples included in Submission SUB12302314 were used in the publication by Bernaschina Y et al., Correction: Permanent cover crop as a strategy to promote soil health and vineyard performance, Environmental Sustainability, 2023; 6(2):295-295.
