Replication Data for: Downwind and out: The strategic dispersion of power plants and their pollution

Replication code and data for paper \"Downwind and out: The strategic dispersion of power plants and their pollution\" published with the Journal of the Association of Environmental and Resource Economics (JAERE). This dataset documents and preserves the research outputs for: https://github.com/edrubin/plant-locations This Dataverse record exists to provide a DOI, stable metadata, long-term discoverability. Please see the README file (below or in the aforementioned GitHub repository) for a full discussion of the code, data files, and resulting exhibits. The files plant-locations-replication-files.tar.gz plant-locations-replication-files.zip each contain the full set of replication files in compressed format. Uncompressing either file will produce a directory structure identical to that of the GitHub repository. These compressed files include approximately 15,000 files and are approximately 730 MB in size. Note:The .zip version allows you to explore/view subfiles and their organization directly on this Dataverse page.
