Time-course mRNA-Seq analysis of Aspergillus oryzae RIB40 and the faaA disruptant grown in the presence of 1% Triton X-100

The analysis aimed at predicting metabolic bottleneck genes in the secretory production of free fatty acids from Aspergillus oryzae. For the prediction, the analysis was done using the RNA samples from hyphae of the CD liquid culture with 1% of a non-ionic surfactant Triton X-100 at culture period from 2 days to 10 days. RNA samples at each culture period were prepared in triplicate, and the mRNA sequencing was done independently.
