The source catalogue and mosaic images produced as part of the GaLactic and Extragalactic All-sky Murchison Widefield Array (GLEAM) survey at 300 MHz (GLEAM-300). The mosaic images were produced by combining images from individual two-minute snapshot observations to create images across the sky from declination -90 degrees to declination +40 degrees with a median root-mean-square noise of ~9 mJy/beam and angular resolution of 128.8" times 112.5". The source catalogue is composed of 338080 unique Gaussian components across the survey region.
