Theobald share.zip contains all of the code and data to produce Figure 3 and the relevant statistics. Check the README.md file for more information. ODA-main.zip is the current version of the ommatidia detecting algorithm (ODA) used in share.zip. To install, you need Python version 3.6 or higher with pip installed. Then, unzip the file, open that directory in the terminal, and enter the following in the terminal: pip install . This should install all of the dependencies needed to run the code in share.zip.
