Treg plays a crucial immunomodulatory function. A few studies have confirmed the effects of parasite load on Treg cells phenotype and functions. We found that the plasmodium infection led to a particular micRNA profiles in Treg cells and influence the differentiation of Treg cells. We used microarrays to detail the global programme of micRNA expression and identified distinct classes of up-regulated micRNA during this process. Overall design: The mice spleen CD4+CD25+ Treg cells were sorted by MACS sorting for micRNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix micRNA arrays.We set two groups to analysis. Control group is normal BALB/c mice. Experimental group is BALB/c mice infected with P.y 17XL.
